Therapeutic sessions are shaped around goals and areas you discuss, using whichever techniques suit you that day. Deep tissue work uses slower, more sustained pressure on specific muscle groups. Many sessions include elements of both.

Your Appointment
You'll talk with Lynn first about what you're experiencing and what you'd like from the session. You stay draped and comfortable throughout, and pressure is checked as the session goes.
Yes — a health intake is part of the process. Intake instructions are provided after you book, so your information isn't submitted through a general web form.

A specialized technique using very light, slow, rhythmic contact in a specific sequence. It feels quite different from a typical massage. Discuss suitability with your physician and with Lynn.
A specialized approach that includes gloved work inside the cheek, focused on muscles associated with the jaw and surrounding facial area, combined with external work around the face, neck and shoulders.
